ABOUT ANDREW: Being a build design firm requires some specialized resources to keep things running smoothly. There’s a showroom full of home interior finishes (cabinets, countertops, flooring, hardware, and more) to manage, a design team working with clients, and the construction process to see design dreams become a reality.

Andrew Horsley has the experience to handle all of it and that’s why we recruited him to Revived Interiors. He’s worked in home remodeling and construction and in home retail. He got his start in marketing and is leveraging his experience to improve the processes of a growing Revived Interiors.

We borrowed some of his time to learn more about Andrew and his world at Revived Interiors.

Q. What’s your day-to-day at Revived Interiors like?”

Andrew:  Making processes more efficient and Revived Interiors more profitable. Work with teammates to establish and reach goals to grow Revived. Track slippage, monitor financials to make sure Revived stays healthy financially.

Q. “How does your career experience align with Revived?”

Andrew: I’ve been lucky enough to do many aspects in construction from the grunt that carries brick to the mason to the person with the overall vision. I’ve built houses, and installed miles of flooring. Managed people and budgets and have experience in remodel sales, design, project management, production management, and seeing projects through from initial lead to sales/design to close out.

Q. “What’s new at Revived Interiors?”

Andrew: The answer right now is me! We have a great team at Revived and partner with great subs and designers, so there isn’t a project that we can’t handle.

Q. “When was the last time you utilized your construction skills at home?

Andrew: A landscaping project. Recently installed new landscaping lights, about 2,000 lbs. of mulch and planted a bunch of flowers and bushes.

Q. “On the weekends you’ll find Andrew…

Andrew: Always doing something whether it’s coaching my kids’ sports teams, golfing (although that doesn’t happen as often as it should:)), or kayaking/camping with the family. And probably have something on the smoker so we have an awesome meal waiting when we get done.
